Complete Custom Painting offers a thorough evaluation of the project in writing, a detailed description of how the project will be scheduled and management throughout the project until its completion.

Not all jobs are the same and for that reason, we take the time to discuss your unique project with you. Our estimator has over 20 years of estimating experience and will walk you through what to expect when the job gets under way.

After you hire Complete Custom Painting you can expect to receive a tentative start date, communication if there are changes to that date, accommodations to your changes and a 24 hour call prior to the start of your project.

Once the job starts, you can expect excellent communication and a painting company committed to quality and your satisfaction with the finished project. Then, once your project is complete we send all of our customers a questionnaire with four simple questions:

Did you get a call from our foreman the day before we arrived?
Did you get a thorough walk through and clear communication as the project went on?
Are you pleased with the quality of your job?
Did we have a company sign in your yard while job was in progress?

If these questions are answered yes, we like to pay our employees an additional 10 percent bonus on their wage.
